Rhenium is a highly unique metal element with significant application value, typically exhibiting a silvery appearance with the characteristic luster of metals. This coloration distinguishes it visually from some other metals, and under different lighting conditions, its luster displays certain visual characteristics.
Nano silica is a white powder with a melting point of 1723°C and a boiling point of 2230°C. It is insoluble in water and can react with HF to produce gaseous SiF4, and it is odorless. Jinghuang Technology's nano silica features small particle size, high purity, and low density. Its volume effect and quantum tunneling effect provide superior stability, reinforcement, thixotropy, and excellent optical and mechanical properties.
Nano iron(III) oxide has a melting point of 1538°C and a density of 5.24 g/cm³, appearing as a reddish-brown powder. It is soluble in warm hydrochloric acid, slightly soluble in sulfuric acid, and insoluble in water. Nano iron(III) oxide possesses excellent sensitivity, dispersibility, fluidity, and magnetic properties, allowing it to disperse and remain stable in liquids, while also having high sensitivity to detect trace pollutants.
Nano manganese dioxide is a black amorphous powder or black orthorhombic crystal, and it is a stable oxide of manganese. Nano manganese dioxide is insoluble in water, weak acids, weak bases, and concentrated acids, but it dissolves in concentrated acids when heated, producing gas.
Nano antimony trioxide (chemical formula: Sb2O3) is a white fine powder with a relative density of 5.67, a melting point of 656°C, and a boiling point of 1550°C. Nano antimony trioxide turns yellow when heated and returns to white upon cooling, and it is classified as an amphoteric oxide.
In terms of its physical and chemical properties, stainless steel powder primarily consists of iron, along with alloying elements such as chromium, nickel, and molybdenum. The chromium content ensures excellent corrosion resistance, nickel enhances toughness and strength, while molybdenum reinforces corrosion resistance and high-temperature performance. Physically, it appears in fine spherical or near-spherical particle shapes, with particle sizes typically ranging from a few micrometers to several tens of micrometers, exhibiting good flowability, which facilitates uniform powder spreading and ensures a smooth printing process with accurate forming. Additionally, it has a relatively high bulk density, meeting printing requirements.
Refractory high-entropy alloy powders are typically composed of various high-melting-point refractory metal elements such as tungsten, molybdenum, tantalum, niobium, and hafnium. Their physical and chemical properties are characterized by a high melting point, the ability to withstand high temperatures, excellent high-temperature strength and hardness, and the ability to maintain good mechanical properties in high-temperature environments. They also exhibit outstanding thermal stability, good chemical stability, strong oxidation and corrosion resistance, and present a complex microstructure and phase composition.
Niobium alloy powder is a silver-gray metallic powder with a high melting point (approximately 2468°C), low density (relative to certain metals), and good chemical stability. It is resistant to acid and alkali corrosion at room temperature, maintains good strength and toughness in high-temperature environments, and possesses physical properties such as superconductivity and high electrical conductivity.
Tantalum alloy powder is mostly gray metallic powder, with a high melting point (approximately 2996°C), a relatively high density (generally around 16 grams per cubic centimeter), and good chemical stability. It has excellent corrosion resistance at room temperature, reacting only with a few strong acids and strong bases, and possesses good high-temperature strength and toughness.
Tungsten alloy powder typically appears as gray or black powder, with high melting point (approximately 3410°C), high density (generally greater than 17g/cm³), high hardness, strong wear resistance, good high-temperature strength, and excellent chemical stability. It does not easily react with air or water at room temperature and only reacts slowly under specific conditions of strong acids or strong bases.
Hafnium powder is a shiny hexagonal gray crystal with a melting point of 2227°C, a density of 13.31, and a boiling point of 4602°C. It is soluble in hydrofluoric acid, aqua regia, and concentrated sulfuric acid. Its powdered form is chemically reactive and can undergo oxidation reactions or even spontaneous combustion when exposed to air. There is a risk of combustion and explosion when it comes into contact with open flames, high heat, or oxidizers, and it can react violently with elements such as fluorine and chlorine.
