Zirconium phosphate is a new type of functional mesoporous material developed in recent years. Zirconium phosphate not only has the commonness of layered compounds, but also is easy to prepare and has good crystal form. It is insoluble in water and organic solvents, can withstand strong acid and certain alkalinity, has strong stability and mechanical strength, and has high chemical stability. The layered structure is stable and can still be handled after the object is introduced into the interlayer. It has a large specific surface area and a large surface charge density. It is a strong solid acid, an ion exchange reaction may occur.
