Netherlands Nano calcium carbonate
Category:
NetherlandsCarbonate series
Product Description
Product Features:
Nano calcium carbonate (chemical formula: CaCO₃) is a white crystalline substance, odorless, and essentially insoluble in water, easily reacting with acids to release carbon dioxide. Nano calcium carbonate has high chemical stability under normal temperature and pressure, is not easily reactive with most chemical substances, and has a high specific surface area and surface energy, which allows it to exhibit good activity and affinity when interacting with other substances.

Application Industries:
1. Nano calcium carbonate is mainly used in plastic products, enhancing the rheology of plastic masterbatches and improving their moldability. As a plastic filler, it has a toughening and reinforcing effect, increasing the bending strength and elastic modulus of plastics, and enhancing the heat distortion temperature and dimensional stability. In addition, nano calcium carbonate also imparts thermal stability to plastics and exhibits excellent dispersibility and transparency in inks, with high gloss and good ink absorbency.
2. As a reinforcing filler, nano calcium carbonate can improve the tensile strength of rubber while reducing heat generation and rolling resistance. It tightly bonds with rubber molecular chains, enhancing the physical and processing properties of rubber.
3. Nano calcium carbonate is used to prepare high-performance coatings, providing excellent hiding power, suspension stability, and anti-settling performance. Its high dispersibility and transparency give the coatings good gloss and smoothness.
4. Adding calcium carbonate to lithium battery electrolytes can improve the thermal stability and flame resistance of the electrolytes, reducing the risk of battery failure at high temperatures.
5. As a filler, nano calcium carbonate can enhance the gloss and drying speed of inks while maintaining their printing performance.
