This product is a light yellow powder with high purity, large specific surface area, and low density. It is insoluble in water and alkali, and slightly soluble in acid. At a temperature of 2000℃ and a pressure of 15Mpa, cerium oxide can be reduced to cerium trioxide using hydrogen. At temperatures around 2000℃ and pressures around 5Mpa, cerium oxide appears slightly yellow with a hint of red, and also pink. Its performance makes it suitable for use as a polishing material.
