Application Industries:

Yellow tungsten oxide is partly used in the production of chemical products, such as paints and coatings, petroleum industry catalysts, etc.; however, oxides are an intermediate product, part of which is used to produce tungsten metal powder and tungsten carbide powder, which are then used in the production of tungsten metal products, and are widely applied in the production of tungsten alloy products, such as tungsten-copper, tungsten-nickel, tungsten-nickel-iron, tungsten-silver, tungsten-rhenium, tungsten-thorium, etc.
Yellow tungsten oxide is used for various purposes in daily life, such as in the production of fireproof fabrics and gas sensors from industrial X-ray screen phosphors, and tungstates.
Due to its rich yellow color, tungsten oxide is also used as a pigment in ceramics and paints.
Nano yellow tungsten oxide is increasingly used in lithium battery anode and cathode materials, and in new energy vehicles. Nano tungsten oxide-based materials and other transition metal oxides have advantages such as relatively low cost, wide availability, and high specific capacity. They enable lithium-ion batteries to achieve ultra-fast charging and discharging because they help with electronic conductivity and lithium-ion diffusion.
Nano tungsten oxide, as a functional material, has been used in the production of photocatalytic materials (for degrading organic pollutants, etc.), petroleum catalysts, electrochromic materials (smart glass), gas-sensitive materials (gas sensors), and other applications.
