The founding conference was hosted by Comrade Yang Lin, head of the preparatory group for the Battery Materials Branch of the China Electronic Materials Industry Association. Leaders including Pan Lin, chairman of the China Electronic Materials Industry Association, Wang Jianyu, former deputy director of the Equipment Industry Department of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, and Professor Tang Yougen, president of the Hunan Battery Industry Association, attended the conference. The meeting heard opinions from various intending founding units, discussed the progress of each special committee's preparation, determined to prepare three professional committees and selected the main founding units for each committee, and discussed related preparatory matters.
