Lithium Battery Dry Goods | The Most Comprehensive Analysis of Lithium-ion Battery Cathode Materials
Lithium-ion batteries charge and discharge through the intercalation and deintercalation of lithium ions between the cathode and anode. The cathode material provides lithium ions for the battery. Its lithium ion content, the ease of ion intercalation/deintercalation, ion diffusion coefficient, potential difference with the anode material, structural stability, chemical stability, thermal stability, and interfacial stability with the electrolyte directly affect key performance indicators such as energy density, power density, and cycle life.
